These terms cover your use of reDriveUSA.com and our driveway deep-clean, crack-fill, and penetrating-seal services in the Greater San Jose area. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

reDrive USA provides a two-visit driveway service: an industrial deep clean, followed by cosmetic crack fill and a penetrating sealer, for a flat price quoted from photos you submit. Larger driveways are quoted individually, up to our current maximum job size.

Quotes & Booking

Quotes are based on the photos you submit and are not final until confirmed. When you book, you'll receive a separate Booking Agreement covering your specific price, scheduling, payment terms, cancellation policy, and our workmanship guarantee — that agreement, not this page, governs the specific terms of your job.

Website Use

This site is provided for the purpose of requesting quotes and information about our services. Please don't use it for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with its normal operation. All content on this site — text, images, and the reDrive USA name and logo — belongs to reDrive USA unless otherwise noted.

No Guarantee of Website Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that it's free of errors. If something looks wrong or a form isn't working, please reach out directly so we can fix it and still get you a quote.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for issues related to this website is limited to what's required by law. Liability related to services performed is governed by your Booking Agreement, including our workmanship guarantee described there.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
