reDrive USA ("we," "us," "our") provides driveway deep-clean, crack-fill, and penetrating-seal services in the Greater San Jose area. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through reDriveUSA.com and our booking process, and how we use it.

What We Collect

When you request a quote or book a service, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and property address
• Photos of your driveway that you submit for a quote
• Your consent to receive texts, calls, and photos related to your quote and service
• Payment card information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment processor — we do not store your full card number ourselves

How We Use It

We use this information to:

• Assess your driveway and provide an accurate, firm quote
• Schedule and confirm your service visits
• Text or call you about your quote, scheduling, and service — including before/after photos
• Process payment for services booked
• Document completed work for quality and service-guarantee purposes

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the business:

• Netlify — hosts our website and processes form submissions
• Our payment processor (Square or Stripe) — handles card payments securely; we don't see or store your full card details
• As required by law, or to protect our rights in a legitimate dispute

Text Messages & Calls

If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive texts, calls, and photos from us at the number you provide, including by automated means, regarding your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply. This consent isn't required to make a purchase, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop texts.

Cookies & Fonts

Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address as part of that request. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information and job photos for as long as needed to provide service, honor our workmanship guarantee, and maintain business records — including for any future service you request at the same property.

Your Choices

You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP, or contact us directly to ask what information we have about you or to request it be deleted, subject to what we're required to keep for legal or business record purposes.

Children

Our services and website are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
